  • RPM Physical Therapy is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to help lead, streamline, and scale our growing clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed multiple teams, built efficient systems, and helped take a small business to the next level. If you've played a role in expanding operations, opening new locations, or building a strong internal culture, we'd love to hear from you! Experience in physical therapy, fitness, healthcare, dental, or wellness settings is highly preferred. About RPM Physical Therapy At RPM Physical Therapy, we take a different approach to care. We provide one-on-one, hour-long sessions that blend manual therapy, rehabilitation, and strength training. Our clients are typically adults over 40 who have experienced chronic pain, failed surgeries, or simply want to stay active and mobile long term. We've built a unique environment where Physical Therapists and Personal Trainers work together to create long term outcomes. When clients complete therapy, they transition into structured training programs guided by both their therapist and trainer, helping them remain strong, healthy, and pain free. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Oversee daily operations across administrative, physical therapy, and training departments Ensure alignment between departments and company objectives Improve communication, accountability, and workflow efficiency Systems & Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions Create and refine systems that improve clinic performance Develop scalable processes to support future growth Team Leadership Manage team performance and accountability Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives Foster a positive, high performance culture Business Reporting & Metrics Track key performance indicators and business metrics Develop reporting tools and dashboards Present insights and recommendations to leadership Strategic Growth Translate leadership vision into actionable plans Participate in strategic planning initiatives Assist with future clinic expansion and growth projects Leadership & Growth This role is not just about managing tasks. $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
