Service Manager / Fixed Operations Director Victory GMC | Victory Kia - Victoria, TX Earn $150,000-$250,000+ Per Year | No Sundays | Growing Dealership | Leadership Opportunity Victory GMC and Victory Kia are looking for an experienced Service Manager / Fixed Operations Director to lead and grow our Fixed Operations Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive leader who knows how to build winning teams, improve customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and create a high-performance culture. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the Service and Parts Departments Recruit, hire, train, and develop technicians, service advisors, and parts personnel Improve customer satisfaction (CSI) and customer retention Increase labor sales, parts sales, gross profit, and departmental performance Monitor technician productivity, proficiency, and efficiency Ensure warranty compliance and manufacturer standards are met Control expenses while maximizing profitability Maintain strong communication between Sales, Service, and Parts Analyze KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture Qualifications 5+ years of automotive dealership management experience preferred Previous Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven history of increasing fixed operations profitability Experience managing technicians, advisors, and parts departments Ability to recruit and retain top talent Strong understanding of dealership operations, customer satisfaction, and OEM processes Valid driver's license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits $150,000-$250,000+ annual earning potential Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Paid Training and OEM Certification Programs Career Advancement Opportunities No Sundays Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Why Join Victory?
