The Site Mobile Repair Administrator position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who doesn't stray away from a challenge. This candidate will perform clerical/administrative or specialized support tasks in an office or field setting. They will also need to meet the expectations and requirements of all customers to ensure we deliver exceptional customer experience. What you'll do: Follow all safety rules and practices Time keeping via UKG App and Railcar RX systems Materials receiving and cycle count assistance May be involved in safety committees or initiatives Process invoicing, move invoices through the correct channels to be paid on time Ensure all necessary invoicing and work order information is accurate and complete Keep onsite car railcar inventory up to date via Excel spreadsheet Keep up with system updates such as TAS/Railcar RX billing systems Load Photos, forms and enter certificates in system as needed Scan completed car files into Railcar RX Basic office work, keeping car files audit ready and organized Administrative support for Support Depts Position would be 100% onsite - no hybrid or remote work Perform other duties as assigned Must have a valid driver's license and clear driving record What you'll need: 2-4 years of administration, data entry and organization Developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on the job experience Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions Ability to multitask and organizational skills Completes work with a limited degree of supervision Familiar with EXCEL. Accounting and bookkeeping are preferred Rail experience is a plus
