Location:

Full-time or part-time, field + office First key operational hire for SafeRoute. The Field Operations Lead coordinates all service activity across Medical, Oil, Reg, and Field service lines confirming waste streams, managing pickups, overseeing drivers, and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant before closeout. Reports directly to ownership/Cam. Must HaveAll items below are required applications without these qualifications will not be advanced. 2+ years in field operations, logistics, regulated waste, or environmental services Experience managing or coordinating field crews or driver teams Familiarity with regulated waste, hazmat, or compliance-driven service environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
HAZWOPER
40-hour certification (required) or demonstrated willingness to obtain within 60 days; mandatory for regulated waste field operations leadership DOT HazMat employee training (49 CFR 172.704) required for overseeing hazardous materials pickup operations RCRA hazardous waste handler training required knowledge for supervising medical, oil, and regulated waste service lines OSHA 10 General Industry certification (required, or ability to obtain before first field assignment) What You'll Do 01Coordinate all SafeRoute field service activity pickups, cleanups, and field documentation 02Confirm waste stream, pickup scope, disposal pathway, and documentation requirements before each service 03Dispatch and oversee drivers and field technicians in the field 04Ensure every job closes with complete chain-of-custody, manifests, and proof of service 05Communicate with clients on scheduling, service updates, and issue resolution 06Coordinate with the Safety Manager / QA-QC Lead on compliance and safety protocols 07Support scaling of new service territories and waste stream categories What You Bring 2+ years in field operations, logistics, regulated waste, or environmental servicesStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience managing or coordinating field crews or driver teamsFamiliarity with regulated waste, hazmat, or compliance-driven service environmentsValid driver's license; clean driving record Nice to Have Experience with medical, oil, or environmental waste pickup operationsRCRA, DOT, or hazardous materials handling trainingExperience using field service management or dispatch software Apply for This Role
