Description Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Business Operations Manager (3857) in Webster, TX. Key Responsibilities Manage business operations activities in support of program execution. Oversee financial, administrative, and reporting functions. Support contract compliance, staffing coordination, and internal controls. Interface with project leadership to ensure operational alignment. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may include post-secondary education, specialty training, or extensive relevant experience. Proven experience supporting business operations in a professional services or government contracting environment. United States citizenship.
