Our solutions are used by multifamily housing operators, housing authorities, senior living communities, property managers, insurers, and other organizations throughout the United States. As FireAvert continues to grow, we are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to expand our relationships with existing national accounts and identify new partnership and business development opportunities. Job Summary The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for FireAvert's existing national accounts while identifying and closing new strategic partnerships and business opportunities. This position combines key account management, consultative sales, relationship development, and business development. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to FireAvert's largest customers, create account-specific growth plans, identify opportunities across customer portfolios, and develop relationships with organizations that can accelerate FireAvert's national growth. The ideal candidate is both a relationship builder and a commercially focused sales professional. They should be comfortable managing complex accounts, engaging executive stakeholders, identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating agreements, and moving opportunities through the full sales process. Responsibilities National Account Management and Growth Develop and implement strategic growth plans for FireAvert's existing national accounts. Build strong relationships with executive leaders, operations teams, risk-management professionals, procurement departments, and other key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to expand FireAvert into additional properties, regions, business units, and affiliated organizations. Conduct regular account reviews and maintain documented plans for each assigned national account. Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and long-term customer agreements. Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, implementation progress, and potential risks. Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned national accounts. Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Identify partnership opportunities that can expand FireAvert's reach, generate qualified opportunities, or increase adoption of FireAvert products. Target potential partners such as security integrators and their certified installers, distributors in the low voltage, security, or industrial verticals, technology providers, and other industry participants. Research prospective partners and develop clear strategies for engagement. Build relationships with senior decision-makers and communicate FireAvert's financial, operational, and risk-reduction value. Develop partnership proposals, business cases, presentations, and commercial structures. Lead partnership opportunities through prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and implementation. Collaborate with company leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities and determine appropriate partnership models. Represent FireAvert at conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, association events, and other industry activities. Maintain an active pipeline of partnership and business development opportunities. Track activity, opportunities, account plans, and forecasts within FireAvert's CRM. Qualifications Required Five or more years of experience in key account management, strategic account management, national account sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role. Preferred Experience selling into large distribution accounts such as Grainger, MSC, Wesco, ADI, etc. Experience in the security/low voltage industry Experience selling to big box retailers such as Lowe's, HD Supply, Best Buy, etc. Experience selling products or services that require coordination between corporate leadership and individual locations or properties. Familiarity with hardware, technology, monitoring services, or recurring-revenue business models. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Demonstrated success growing large or complex customer accounts. Experience identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to work with executives and multiple stakeholders within an organization. Experience creating account plans, sales strategies, proposals, and executive presentations. Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative-selling skills. Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously. Experience using a CRM to manage account activity, pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts. Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, property visits, and partner meetings. Compensation FireAvert offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based incentive compensation.

Target Annual Incentives:
