Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County is seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator for our Cherry Hill Elementary location. Part-Time, Monday

•Friday, 1:00 PM

•6:00 PM (Hours may vary slightly)

School Year:

August 1

•May 31 (Summer program opportunities vary by area)

Compensation:

$23.00

•$28.00 per hour What You Will Do As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, safety, and daily operation of our afterschool program.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Program Leadership:

Plan and oversee high-quality youth development programs that support academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development while meeting grant requirements.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure a physically and emotionally safe environment. Maintain a 1:15 staff-to-youth ratio and comply with all Child Care Licensing, BGCA, and organizational safety policies.

Team Management:

Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate site staff and volunteers. Conduct weekly staff meetings and monthly 1:1 coaching sessions to foster a positive team culture.

Community Partnerships:

Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, families, and community partners to support student success and site operations.

Operational Management:

Manage site budgets, inventory, enrollment, and attendance records. Utilize data and surveys to continuously improve program quality. Who We Are Looking For Must be at least 21 years of age. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Knowledge of youth development principles and practices. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. CPR/First Aid Certification and Food Handler Permit (or the ability to obtain them within three months). Valid driver's license if operating BGCUC vehicles.

Preferred:

Experience working with youth ages 5-18, experience supervising staff/volunteers, and proficiency with Google Suite. Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
