Job Description
Armitek, a leading manufacturer in the glass industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Glass Manufacturing Manager to join our team. We specialize in producing high-quality ballistic glass products plus window security film and other security products. As a Glass Manufacturing Manager at Armitek, you will help oversee and manage the production processes of our glass manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing production workers in the glass industry, with specific expertise in manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the glass manufacturing facility. Supervise and lead a team of production workers. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to optimize manufacturing processes. Inventory management and tracking. Report to Director of Manufacturing. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in glass manufacturing. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Knowledge of glass production techniques and equipment. Experience with ballistic glass is a strong plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
