Orem, UT Status:
Full-Time Hours:
Monday-Friday; 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Pay/Salary:
$55,109-60,000 Summary The Manager of Financial operations computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records and payment processing. They supports all accounting functions, supervise Finance Department staff in finance divisions such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or other division as assigned. What You'll Do:
Manages and performs payroll function, as assigned. Manages and performs payable function, as assigned. Leads and performs accounts receivable function, as assigned. Maintains and updates financial records. Reviews and approves payments. Prepares detailed reports of transactions.
What We're Looking For:
Education Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited institution with bachelor's degree in business, office technology, accounting or a closely related field and two years of experience related to the summary of duties; OR any combination of education and/or experience related to the summary of duties totaling six (6) years.
Experience:
Experience managing teams or processes.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
