Job Description:

Job Summary This position oversees the processing of outbound parcels at the company's package center facilities. He/She conducts pre-operation checks, manages sorting, loading and dispatch operations, and performs post-operation functions. He/She supervises Part-Time Supervisors, Administrative staff, and Hourly employees.

Responsibilities:

Analyzes previous dispatch results to maximize service performance and streamline routes and ensures outbound packages are processed, loaded, and leave the building on time.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs. Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Grade:

20F Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself -

Required Shift:

Tuesday - Saturday 7 am to 5 pm Last day to apply is 5/11/2026 End of day
