Blink Threads and Slope Sign are fast-growing, branding and production companies specializing in custom apparel, signage, and promotional products. We serve businesses across Utah with embroidery, screen printing, signage, stickers, banners, patches, and more. Our focus is quality, speed, and helping businesses build strong brands.

Position Overview:

We are hiring an Operations Director to lead all production and day-to-day shop operations across both companies. This role is responsible for building systems, managing teams, and ensuring efficient, high-quality output at scale. You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all production operations across Blink Threads and Slope Sign Manage and lead teams across screen printing, embroidery, signage, and finishing Build, refine, and enforce production systems and workflows Own scheduling, job flow, and on-time delivery Maintain strict quality control standards across all products Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable Identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency and throughput Assist with equipment management, maintenance, and scaling production capacity Step into production when needed to keep jobs moving

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required Experience in apparel printing, sign production, or related field preferred Proven leadership and operations management experience Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and customer service skills Quick learner with the ability to understand production equipment and processes

Experience:

Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
