The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, team leadership, revenue optimization, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance. This position requires frequent communication with General Managers, department leaders, and corporate teams to ensure operational excellence across all assigned hotels. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of multiple hotel properties. Support and mentor General Managers and department leaders. Monitor hotel performance, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Ensure compliance with brand standards, QA inspections, and company policies. Conduct regular property visits and operational audits. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, payroll review, and cost control initiatives. Review financial reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability. Manage staffing levels, recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee development. Address guest concerns and ensure exceptional customer service standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and corporate departments as needed. Monitor maintenance, housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage operations. Lead weekly operational meetings and provide performance updates. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience required. Multi-property management experience preferred. Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service. Experience with hotel PMS systems and hospitality software. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to analyze financial reports and operational data. Willingness to travel between assigned properties.
