Job Summary About The Blueberry Hill The Blueberry Hill is a fast-growing children's lifestyle brand focused on creating meaningful products, memorable characters, and beautiful experiences. We're a small but ambitious team building something special, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us. This is not a highly corporate role with rigid boundaries. We're looking for someone operationally minded, highly organized, low ego, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the business run smoothly. The right person will become a trusted extension of the leadership team and help create systems that allow the company to scale. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos, solving problems, improving processes, and helping a growing ecommerce business operate more efficiently day-to-day. You'll work across operations, fulfillment, inventory, customer experience, vendor coordination, and administrative support. One moment you may be forecasting inventory or organizing production timelines, and the next you may be helping solve a warehouse issue or supporting a product launch. We value people who are proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, resourceful, and excited to help however needed. Responsibilities Help manage and improve daily business operations Coordinate inventory, forecasting, and restocking Support product production timelines and vendor communication Oversee warehouse organization and fulfillment operations Lead and support a small fulfillment team Coordinate shipping and logistics Maintain and improve operational systems and processes Assist with product listings and ecommerce platform updates Support customer service and help resolve issues quickly Handle light bookkeeping and vendor payments Assist leadership with calendar management, organization, and special projects Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements Step in wherever needed to help the business succeed What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Low ego and team-first mentality Comfortable wearing many hats in a growing business Strong communication and follow-through Self-starter who takes ownership without needing constant direction Problem solver with a proactive mindset Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn Excited about helping build and grow a brand Preferred Experience Ecommerce or retail operations experience Shopify or ecommerce platform familiarity Inventory management and forecasting experience QuickBooks knowledge Google Drive and spreadsheet proficiency Experience coordinating vendors, production, or logistics Benefits Employee discount Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Work closely with founder and team Be part of building an emerging brand with meaningful ambitions
Additional Information Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Experience:
Comfortable with ecommerce, preferably
Shopify QuickBooks:
1 year preferred
Google Drive:
5 years preferred

$25.50 - $30.50 per hour
