The District Maintenance Coordinator (DMC) is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment per operational demands. Responsible for weekly planning of field services and any external resources that are needed for those services, as well as ensuring all field services are completed in a timely manner and to Liberty's requirements. The DMC is responsible for ensuring that Maintenance Service Leaders (MSL) receive any additional resources requested to supplement the crew, including scheduling DGB technicians or 3rd party vendors to address fleet health. The DMC is required to provide clear communication to the MSL's regarding changes to maintenance plans and equipment readiness. The DMC is responsible for maintenance resources including 3rd party vendors, Lube Crew, Welders, Floating Technicians and DGB Technicians. The DMC is to review and per form QC on closed work orders for compliance. DMC is responsible for maintaining Major Component inventory and returns including MCCO work orders and asset assignment in the maintenance system. The DMC must ensure the full implementation, adoption, and effectiveness of the maintenance plan and drive the maintenance groups to their associated metrics of on time delivery, high quality, and budgeted cost.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be willing to move to and live within assigned district. Experience maintaining and on-time delivery of an equipment maintenance schedule. Experience in managing skill levels to meet on-time delivery schedules. Management experience of multilevel groups greater than fifteen. 4 to 5 years of oil and gas service experience. Frac equipment mechanical and/or electrical maintenance background preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Indicators & Attributes for

Primary Responsibilities:
Performs work tasks in a safe manner. Schedules and coordinates 3rd party needs for bay and field operations, including weekly fleet services and required resources to ensure crew needs are met. Communicates these plans with MSL. Schedules and plans welding needs. Engages prospective internal and external resources for equipment maintenance. Communicates required shared resources with DMS, MSL, and MCL to ensure that production needs are being met for all fleets and provides timeline and updates on issues with requested resources. Performs QC and verification of completed work orders relevant to shared resources. Regular (weekly) visits to 3rd party shops to ensure assets are being repaired to Liberty's standards. Regular (weekly) field visits to field lube teams and any 3rd parties working on Liberty's equipment in the field to verify that they have the proper resources and work is being completed to Liberty's standards. Maintains major components inventory/return. Manages parts or component concerns related to resource needs with DMS and Warehouse. Audits asset information within maintenance software system for missing or incorrect information (VIN, Make, Model, Engine, Transmission, Power End, serial numbers, etc.). Communicates any needs or concerns within maintenance software system to Maintenance Systems Coordinator (MSC). Identifies efficiency improvement opportunities and facilitates improvement plans. Implements and complies with maintenance programs through maintenance software and equipment analytics. Improves the reliability and efficiency of the maintenance processes. Assists with the implementation of new products and equipment at the district level.
