Green Dental of Alexandria is a health-based, multi-specialty practice focused on whole-body wellness and helping people get the care they truly need. This role is ideal for someone who wants to help build and lead — not just maintain the status quo. What you'll do Lead daily operations and keep the practice running smoothly Help drive team accountability, communication, and performance Coordinate schedules, systems, workflows, and patient experience Monitor KPIs, production goals, collections, and operational efficiency Support hiring, onboarding, and team development Help manage growth initiatives, marketing coordination, and practice expansion projects Problem-solve quickly and proactively before issues become bigger problems Work closely with leadership to improve systems and strengthen culture You'll thrive here if You naturally take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do You are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented under pressure You enjoy leading people while still being hands-on operationally You value growth, learning, and personal development You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently You genuinely care about creating an exceptional experience for both patients and team members This is NOT for you if You prefer doing the minimum and staying in your lane You resist change, feedback, or accountability You need constant direction or supervision to stay productive You are looking for a "clock in and clock out" type of management role You dislike fast-paced environments or growing organizations The details

Experience Required:
