Job Description
- Standard Job Description
- This role will be responsible for comprehensive analysis of the RMS portfolio leveraging the value creation framework.
Key Responsibilities:
+- Portfolio Assessment
- + Perform regular quantitative and qualitative reviews of the RMS portfolio, including exposure, profitability, loss ratios, and emerging risk trends. + Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical models that track portfolio health against defined KPIs and benchmarks. +
- Strategic Recommendations
- + Synthesize analysis into clear, evidence‑based recommendations on portfolio actions such as underwriting guidelines, pricing adjustments, risk‑mitigation initiatives, and product enhancements. + Present findings and strategic options to LoB stakeholders and RMS senior leadership, highlighting implications for revenue, risk appetite, and market positioning. +
- Data Governance & Integrity
- + Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal data‑management standards. + Document analytical methodologies, assumptions, and validation results. +
- Continuous Improvement
- + Identify opportunities to streamline analytical processes, adopt advanced analytics tools, and improve reporting efficiency. + Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous learning.
- Basic Qualifications
- + Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or other related field + Experience and familiarity with business strategy, project management, and financial analysis + Excellent communication and organization skills + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Powerpoint
- Desired Skills
- + 5+ Years Experience with portfolio analysis and modeling + Exposure to advanced analytics/ AI techniques and tools + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment + MBA or other graduate degree in statistics, analysis, mathematics
- Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range:
