Job Description
Are you a hands-on, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? Do you enjoy building strong teams, improving processes, and making a real impact every day? If you're ready to join a company that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace culture — we want to meet you! We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily production activities for a VA Plant. This role is essential in driving operational excellence, strengthening communication, and supporting our workforce. Because a significant portion of our team are Khmer-speaking employees, fluency in Khmer is preferred to ensure strong leadership, connection, and understanding on the production floor. What You'll Do Lead and support a diverse production team, fostering trust, teamwork, and accountability. Collaborate with Supervisors and Leads to maintain efficient daily operations and on‑time production output. Ensure a safe, clean, and positive work environment for all employees. Support training, coaching, and development — helping employees grow their skills and careers. Monitor KPIs (quality, delivery, scrap, efficiency) and drive continuous improvement. Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to keep workflows smooth and productive. Communicate clearly with team members at all levels — especially our Khmer-speaking workforce. What We're Looking For Fluency in Khmer to effectively lead, coach, and communicate with a large segment of our team. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership or production supervision. Strong communication skills and a people-first leadership mindset. Ability to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly. Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus (but not required). A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence. Why You'll Love Working Here A supportive, collaborative environment where your leadership truly matters. Opportunities for professional growth and advancement. A culture that values integrity, teamwork, and respect. Competitive pay and benefits package. The chance to make a meaningful impact on both operations and people every single day.
