Location:

Charlottesville, Virginia / Harrisonburg, Virginia DellTax Insurance is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position with flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to earn commissions and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with auto, homeowners, renters, commercial, and other property and casualty insurance products Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options Develop new customer relationships and follow up with prospective clients Review existing policies and recommend appropriate coverage Process applications, policy changes, renewals, and customer requests Maintain accurate client records Deliver professional and friendly customer service Meet individual and agency sales goals

Qualifications:

Active Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance license Previous insurance sales or customer-service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable speaking with prospective and existing customers Able to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and office software skills Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
