This position ensures seamless site transitions by developing transition plans, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing all transition activities, and resolving risks and issues through structured leadership and regular communication. Site Transition Manager Hiring for multiple positions Develops site transition plans, identifies key stakeholders and necessary information to execute a transition. Oversees system transition activities. Serves as the escalation point for all transition-related risks and issues. Establishes and leads regular transition meetings.

• $173,229.
