Location:
Fort Belvoir, VA (100% Onsite)
Clearance:
Active DoD Secret Clearance required Metric5 is seeking an Operations Manager to provide operational, administrative, and logistical support to a U.S. Army Command located at Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will help maintain day-to-day program operations, interface directly with key stakeholders, and support mission execution across office logistics, IT hardware management, and tasking systems within an Army Cyber-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Operations:
Perform all operational and administrative tasks necessary to ensure the smooth, continuous functioning of the program and product offices.
Task Management:
Receive, distribute, track, and report on formal Government tasks using designated Task Management Tools (TMT).
Facilities & Logistics Management:
Oversee office space, furniture allocation, supplies, and general facilities maintenance.
IT Asset & Hardware Coordination:
Manage the distribution, tracking, and basic maintenance of office automation hardware and software (including laptops, tablets, cell phones, desk phones, printers, and VTC equipment).
Technical Support:
Apply systems administration knowledge to assist users with hardware/software routine operational needs and troubleshooting.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a direct point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to collect requirements, convey updates, and track deliverables.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
3-4+ years of professional experience
Technical Background:
Experience as a systems administrator
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combined work experience.
Clearance:
Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Location:
Fully onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Desired Skills & Certifications:
Experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Army organizations. Security+ certification
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $80,000 annually
