• Gainesville, VA We are looking for a hands-on, accountable Supervisor to oversee operations across three pool locations within one community in Gainesville, VA .

This is not a sit-back management role; you will be responsible for operations and maintaining standards across all sites daily. What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee day-to-day operations at 3 pool facilities Support lifeguard teams across all locations Ensure pools meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Act as the primary point of contact for HA Pools and community management Conduct site visits daily to maintain visibility and accountability Enforce company policies and respond to incidents professionally What This Role Actually Requires (Not Optional) Ability to manage multiple locations without losing control of details Strong decision-making under pressure (weather closures, emergencies, staffing shortages) Willingness to be on-site and available , not just coordinating remotely High level of ownership — if something fails at any pool, it's on you to fix it Qualifications Previous experience in managing or lifeguarding Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable transportation (you will move between locations daily) Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays Compensation & Perks Full-time position Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity for growth within operations management
