This isn't "just" a front desk position. You'll become the person who keeps our studio running smoothly, helps families feel cared for, supports our teachers, and ensures every student has an amazing experience from the moment they walk through our doors. About Thrive Thrive Creative Arts is a growing youth creative arts academy serving children and families through music, art, camps, workshops, and creative learning experiences. We're looking for people who care deeply about people, love learning, and take pride in doing great work. What You'll Own As our Studio Coordinator, you'll own the daily experience of our studio. Parent Experience You'll be the friendly face and trusted resource for our families by: Welcoming students and parents Answering phones, emails, and texts Supporting new families through onboarding Scheduling trial lessons Keeping communication clear, friendly, and timely Making every family feel known and cared for Studio Operations You'll help keep Thrive running smoothly by: Opening and preparing the studio each day Keeping shared spaces organized and welcoming Managing supplies and materials Supporting teachers with day-to-day needs Coordinating administrative tasks Making sure nothing falls through the cracks Marketing Execution You'll help share Thrive's story by: Creating and scheduling social media posts Taking photos and videos during classes Sending email newsletters Collecting testimonials Updating marketing materials Helping promote events and programs You don't need to create the marketing strategy, we'll provide that. You'll help bring it to life. Schedule Approximately 20-30 hours per week Typical school-year schedule is around 27 hours per week Primarily afternoons and evenings Some flexibility during camps, performances, and special events Compensation Starting at $21-25/hour , depending on experience.
