Operations Manager

We are looking for a Operations Manager to help run Operations Logistics, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Oversight, and overall property logistics Operations Manager responsibilities include managing property inventory, staff scheduling, project oversight, housekeeping oversight, maintenance oversight, and overall property logistics If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help run the day-to-day operations for this property Responsibilities Manage a higher set of standards that can help the property be successful Manage and maintain all company policies and procedures Manage Property Inventory, Ordering, Receiving, and Stock Supply Manage Housekeeping Staff, Scheduling, and Projects Manage Maintenance Task, Scheduling, and Projects Room Inspections and Quality Control Requirements Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and other managers Solid references Flexible schedule Experience helpful but not necessary in hotel operations and management 10+ years' experience in customer service or hospitality
