Role:

The supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensures that all company policies and procedures are strictly followed. By providing leadership and support to the overnight team, the supervisor helps maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a similar overnight or shift-based environment. Strong understanding of safety and security protocols. Ability to work overnight hours consistently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience in facilities management or operations supervision.
