SR Accounting and Operations Coordinator

Job DescriptionJob Description Position Summary Accurate Courier Express, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Accounting & Operations Coordinator to support our daily financial and operational functions. This role plays a key part in overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll review, and order entry accuracy while helping maintain efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities include Accounting (AR/AP) Manage invoicing, collections, and payment posting Review and process vendor invoices Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances Payroll Oversight Review payroll for accuracy (hours, rates, deductions) Coordinate with payroll systems or providers Assist with payroll-related questions and issue resolution Operations Support Oversee order entry accuracy and billing adjustments Work closely with dispatch and operations teams Supervise customer service team Manage high priority accounts Handle escalation issues Ensure data integrity across systems and processes Administrative & Reporting Maintain organized financial and operational records Assist with reporting and internal tracking Support leadership with day-to-day operational needs Leadership & Coordination Help guide workflow and support team efficiency Assist with training and onboarding as needed Identify opportunities to improve processes and accuracy Qualifications 5+ years experience in an Accounting supervisory role Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable required Payroll oversight experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Work Environment In-office role Daytime schedule (no nights or weekends) Fast-paced, team-focused environment Why Join Accurate Courier Express Stable and growing company Key role with visibility across operations Opportunity for growth and advancement Competitive compensation based on experience Company DescriptionAccurate Logistics is a leader in the courier and truckload industry.
