PM Shift Supervisor (Overnight) - Roanoke, VA Lead the Team. Drive Operations. Make an Impact. GTH Logistics , a growing FedEx Linehaul contractor, is hiring an experienced Overnight PM Shift Supervisor to lead our evening and overnight operations in Roanoke, VA . This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing overnight linehaul operations, supporting drivers throughout the night, resolving operational issues in real time, and ensuring freight moves safely and on schedule. Pay & Benefits $1,500-$1,800 per week , based on experience Performance bonuses based on operational success and additional miles Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Career advancement opportunities Modern fleet with dedicated in-house maintenance support Schedule Full-Time Overnight Position PM/Overnight Shift Five-day work week Rotating weekend schedule What You'll Do Lead and supervise a team of professional Linehaul drivers Manage overnight dispatch operations and ensure on-time service Support drivers throughout the shift and resolve operational issues Coordinate schedules, truck assignments, and vacation coverage Communicate with FedEx management and company leadership Recruit, interview, onboard, and mentor new drivers Promote a culture centered on safety, accountability, and teamwork Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, FedEx, and company policies Step into a driving role when operational needs require Qualifications Valid Class A CDL required Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or operations leadership experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of equipment inspections and coordinating maintenance repairs Why Join GTH Logistics?
