Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to lead our retail operations with energy and precision. Duties Lead and supervise retail staff, including assistant managers and sales associates, to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and product placement to maximize sales potential Manage purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to optimize profitability Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge Handle payroll processing, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping tasks, and shift management with accuracy and integrity Implement sales management techniques to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards Coordinate store operations including budgeting, inventory control, merchandising plans, and safety compliance Experience Proven management experience in retail store operations or related fields with a strong background in supervising teams Extensive retail industry sales team management experience with a focus on retail sales growth and customer satisfaction Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing candidates, and recruiting top talent Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for financial transactions and stock calculations Demonstrated leadership in managing retail operations including shift management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and budget oversight Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Prior experience in grocery stores or wireless sales environments is advantageous but not required Join us as an Operations Manager where your energy fuels success!
