You will spend time both: In the office In the field daily You will work directly alongside: Sales Manager Foremen Installation crews Delivery drivers Leadership team You will take ownership of: ✔ Installation operations ✔ Crew accountability ✔ Scheduling ✔ Quality control ✔ Customer issue resolution ✔ Day to day operational organization This role comes with REAL operational authority. You will have the autonomy to: Make field decisions Improve systems Lead crews Solve operational issues proactivelyWHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE
Morning coordination/meeting with crews, office staff, and delivery drivers Reviewing schedules and active project timelines Visiting job sites and inspecting quality Solving operational issues before they escalate Coordinating communication between customers sales and installation teams Handling customer concerns professionally Improving systems and accountability weeklyCORE RESPONSIBILITIES OPERATIONS & CREW MANAGEMENT
Manage daily installation schedules and field operations Coordinate foremen, installers, helpers, delivery drivers, and subcontractors Ensure crews arrive on time and projects stay on schedule Visit active job sites daily Enforce company systems, standards, uniforms, branding, yard signs, and fence platesQUALITY CONTROL
Maintain high installation standards Ensure proper use of materials and equipment Identify problems early and correct them immediately Build a culture of craftsmanship and accountabilityTEAM LEADERSHIP & HIRING
Lead crews professionally and firmly Hold teams accountable without creating a toxic environment Help hire, replace, and train foremen and helpers as neededSALES & OPERATIONS ALIGNMENT
Work closely with Robert and leadership daily Keep operations and sales aligned at all times Communicate scheduling conflicts early and proactivelyCUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Handle customer concerns professionally Resolve installation issues quickly Protect and strengthen the company's 200+ review reputationFIRST 30 DAYS

3+ years of construction operations experience Experience managing crews under real pressure Strong leadership and problem solving ability Strong communication and organizational skills Driver's license and ability to travel to job sites daily High ownership mentality Ability to lead without ego or dramaSTRONG ADVANTAGE
Fence industry experience or other construction experience Experience managing multiple crews simultaneously Experience scaling operations in a growing company English / Spanish / Russian / Ukrainian bilingual abilityPERSONALITY WE VALUE
