Project Managers & Construction Superintendents IBI Inc is seeking dynamic, full-time Project Managers and Construction Superintendents for our growing Pacific Northwest Division, serving Snohomish and King Counties. As a well-established, full-service general contractor for the multi-family industry, IBI Inc delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions throughout the greater Bay Area, Central Valley, Southern California, and Washington State. A solid understanding of construction codes, building practices, and safety regulations is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong relationships with colleagues, clients, inspectors, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors, and possess a reputation for integrity, honesty, and approachability. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead teams toward project success with empathy and professionalism are required. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction projects from inception through completion. Oversee a diverse range of projects, from balcony dry rot remediation and small apartment renovations to comprehensive building interior demolitions, layout reconfigurations, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as high-end interior finishes. Supervise exterior enhancements, office and amenity upgrades, pool renovations, and landscaping/hardscaping improvements. Promote a culture of integrity, regulatory compliance, and adherence to IBI's quality standards. Coordinate daily and weekly team assignments to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Review and verify project estimates to support realistic budget goals. Address client concerns with empathy and provide resourceful, cost-effective solutions.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience and skills Comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, sick, health, dental, vision, and AFLAC insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) medical plans are available to eligible employees.
  • The Company contributes 82% of the employee‑only premium for the Bronze plan, based on the employee's age bracket.
  • Employees who elect Silver or Gold plans are responsible for the full premium difference above the Bronze plan.
  • Company contributions apply to employee‑only coverage and do not extend to spouses or dependents.
  • Dependent coverage, if elected, is paid 100% by the employee. Optional Benefits (Employee-Paid)

Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in multifamily construction, preferably with expertise in large-scale interior or exterior renovations Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and related documentation Ability to efficiently navigate and understand blueprints, conduct job walks, and perform material take-offs Technologically savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and eagerness to learn new software IBI Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
