Details This Program Manager I or II will be part of the Strategic Partnerships team, supporting customer‑facing distributed energy resource (DER) and renewable energy programs, including efforts that encourage and enable customer participation in DER offerings. The role will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and programs designed to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and adoption of DER solutions. This includes coordinating with internal partners such as marketing, rates, customer service, and other business units, as well as working collaboratively with external partners. The Program Manager will help ensure customers receive seamless, effective support and clear pathways to participate in DER and renewable programs.
Experience/Education Minimum Education and Experience:
Program Manager I $83,640 - $104,550 Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field; OR Four (4) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related. Program Manager II $104,918 - $131,148 Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field, ANDTwo (2) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related; OR Six (6) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related.
