Granger School District Summary of Position :
The Multi-Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent execution of kitchen processes, financial performance, and operational standards. This role partners closely with the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support efficient, compliant, and cost-effective kitchen operations.
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards. Train and support kitchen staff, reinforcing operational procedures and financial performance expectations. Monitor and communicate KPIs, inventory levels, and financial reports to maintain budget alignment and reduce waste. Collaborate with GM and AGM on operational planning, staffing, and program execution across locations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including
USDA/NSLP
) and maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred. Minimum of 3 years of food service experience; school nutrition or institutional dining experience preferred. Experience supervising staff and managing daily operations across one or more sites. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms). Experience with inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting processes.
