Budget Blinds is a locally owned business (Shad & Lisa Mattingly) serving much of the South Puget Sound region including Bonney Lake, Enumclaw, Maple Valley, Covington, Puyallup, North Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Lacey, Olympia, Shelton, Centralia, and surrounding areas with custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized/smart-home window treatments, along with outdoor solar screens and awnings. We're hiring an Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of the company, the person who brings calm, consistency, and accountability to the field, the warehouse, and the customer experience. What you'll be trusted to own This is a hands-on leadership role with regular field and warehouse presence and not a desk-only job.

• Installation execution & quality
• Highly efficient and responsive scheduling
• Develop and maintain a high-performing installation team
• Warehouse, inventory & job readiness
• Escalations & client experience protection
• Track and report success metrics

Must Haves:

• Mechanical + technical + mathematical aptitude (you think in measurements, tolerances, alignment, function)
• A reputation for extreme ownership (no finger-pointing — you fix the system)
• Comfort with operational technology and scheduling/reporting tools
• Interest or experience in in-home services, ideally window treatment installation
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, clean driving record Ready to run the operation like it matters?
