Front of House Manager Leavenworth Locations | Visconti's Hospitality Group Join Our Team in Leavenworth! Visconti's Hospitality Group is seeking experienced, energetic, and service-driven Front of House Managers to lead operations at our growing Leavenworth locations, including restaurants, retail concepts, and hospitality venues. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing team members, and ensuring smooth daily operations. We are looking for leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coaching teams, and are passionate about hospitality. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Hire, onboard, train, and develop team members. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching. Support employee engagement, accountability, and workplace culture. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and staffing needs. Participate in interviews, performance reviews, and corrective action processes when necessary. Operations & Guest Experience Ensure outstanding customer service standards are maintained at all times. Lead by example during service and support all front-of-house positions as needed. Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the facility. Ensure compliance with health department regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Support back-of-house operations and cross-functional teamwork. Inventory & Ordering Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate reporting. Place and receive orders from vendors and distributors. Verify deliveries and invoices for accuracy. Monitor product usage and identify opportunities to reduce waste and control costs. Maintain beverage and food inventory systems. Administrative & Financial Responsibilities Oversee cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations. Complete end-of-day reporting and labor reporting. Review sales, labor, and inventory reports to identify trends and opportunities. Utilize Excel and company systems to maintain accurate records and reporting. Ensure all operational checklists and documentation are completed consistently. Systems & Communication Utilize Office 365, Microsoft Teams, POS systems, and company management software. Ensure completion of opening, closing, cleaning, and management checklists. Communicate effectively with ownership, management teams, and staff. Assist in distributing weekly schedules, updates, and team communications. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service management experience preferred. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and labor controls. Comfortable learning and utilizing technology, POS systems, and inventory software. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
