Operations Manager in Training (OMIT)

About the Role We're hiring an Operations Manager in Training (OMIT) at our Mukilteo-Speedway location. This entry-level leadership role is designed to prepare you for full Operations Manager responsibilities through hands-on experience and mentorship. You'll train under a senior manager (Member Services Manager, Area Manager, or District Supervisor), with most OMITS transitioning to full roles within 6 weeks to 8 months , depending on individual strengths. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, and supervise 10+ staff across: Front Desk (Operations) Babysitting/Kids Klub Club Pride/Janitorial Maintain a clean, fun, and friendly club environment Build strong relationships with staff and members Collaborate with Sales, Personal Training, and Aerobics teams Address member concerns professionally and proactively Support revenue generation and uphold club standards Ideal Candidate Friendly, dependable, and people-oriented Passionate about fitness and customer service Adaptable and achievement-driven Bubbly personality with a desire to grow and learn College degree preferred Background in fitness, hospitality, or banking is a plus Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay + commissions + bonuses (paid twice monthly) Paid vacation Full medical, dental, and vision benefits Complimentary LA Fitness membership Does this role sound like something you'd be interested in pursuing?
