Leadership Team! FOX Auto Parks is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Parking Operations Manager to lead daily parking facility operations and oversee our team of Parking Attendants, Valet Attendants, Shuttle Drivers, and Cashiers. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent customer service skills, operational experience, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and team performance. Responsibilities As Parking Operations Manager, responsibilities include: Lead, supervise, coach, and develop parking staff including valet attendants, shuttle drivers, cashiers, and parking attendants Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and evaluate new employees Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth customer flow and service standards Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Address customer concerns and resolve escalated issues professionally and efficiently Monitor cash handling procedures and reconcile daily transactions when necessary Oversee vehicle flow, lot organization, and operational efficiency Coordinate shuttle transportation operations and ensure driver compliance Maintain operational reports, staffing records, and performance documentation Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching opportunities Assist with implementing technology and operational improvements Maintain cleanliness and overall facility appearance Support upper management with operational initiatives and business goals Qualifications & Requirements We are looking for candidates with: Previous management or supervisory experience (parking, hospitality, transportation, airport operations, or related industries preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate various vehicle types Experience handling cash procedures and operational reporting Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure High school diploma or equivalent required College education or related certifications preferred Proficiency with computers and basic software systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds when necessary
