This role assists in supervising front desk associates, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining brand service standards. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead front desk operations during assigned shifts and act as the primary point of contact for front desk staff. Provide exceptional guest service and ensure all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries. Train, mentor, and support front desk associates to maintain high service standards. Handle guest complaints and service recovery in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with brand standards, hotel policies, and safety procedures. Monitor daily reports, occupancy, and room availability. Assist management with scheduling, shift coverage, and front office procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk experience required. Lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Familiarity with hotel property management systems. Experience with Marriott systems and Fosse preferred Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Skills Leadership and team development experience. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of hospitality service standards and guest satisfaction practices.
