Tuesday-Saturday evenings ( 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM Must be flexible, these hours can differ based on account needs and coverage, staff meetings, etc.) Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Unit Manager to support and oversee cleaning operations across multiple client locations in Clark County . This role is ideal for someone with prior management experience who enjoys working with people, leading teams, and being actively involved in daily operations. A successful Unit Manager will help lead employees, ensure quality standards are met, support company growth, and step in operationally when needed. Why Apply? This position requires transporting cleaning supplies and equipment from a central supply location to multiple job sites. Public transportation is not a feasible option for this role. Ability to pass a criminal background check Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to lift and carry 30-40 lbs Availability to work Monday through Friday Management experience required Questions? Call 360-696-4373, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Oversee approximately 10-15+ client accounts Manage daily cleaning operations, including: Planning and coordinating staff and resources Training and developing cleaning staff Troubleshooting operational issues Assisting with new account start-ups Delivering supplies and equipment Filling in for cleaners as needed Maintain positive employee relations by: Ensuring proper training, tools, and resources Responding to employee questions and concerns Uphold company standards and ensure quality service delivery This is a hands-on management role that includes cleaning, training, and direct operational support. Physical Requirements Managers must be able to perform the same physical tasks as cleaning staff, including: Continuous walking, standing, bending, and reaching Lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs Typical duties include trash removal, dusting, spray-cleaning, vacuuming (backpack or upright), mopping, and restroom cleaning
