Compensation:

L'Ecole's Tasting Room Associates are the first point of contact for our guests. Our team of associates will be essential to the success of our new location. After onboarding, your knowledge and engaging attitude will ensure a positive guest experience. The Candidate:

Tasting Room team members are key to creating positive, long-lasting memories through exceptional guest interactions. Must be 21 years of age, have or can obtain a MAST card and a Food Handler Permit. Hours may include both weekdays and weekends. The physical requirement includes the ability to carry 50+ pounds and to stand for extended periods of time. Duties & Responsibilities are varied, and include: Greet guests, presenting a professional, positive demeanor Pour, present, and sell wine Actively present the benefits of our wine club Share the story of L'Ecole N° 41, and explain L'Ecole's winemaking philosophy Advise guests on Woodinville wine country information Provide a positive, memorable guest experience Participate in ongoing training programs Maintain sales floor, including merchandise Participate in monthly staff meetings Share in regular light cleaning tasks to maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues How to apply: Interested candidates should submit resume and cover note to
