Field Operations Lead - Concrete Coatings (High-Level Opportunity) Southeast Wisconsin Comer & Cross Concrete Floor Coatings is continuing to expand and is looking to bring on a Field Operations Lead to support and elevate operations across Southeast Wisconsin. This is not an entry-level role—we're looking for someone who understands how to run jobs, manage crews, and maintain high production standards in a fast-paced environment. This role will work alongside leadership to help drive performance, improve processes, and support ongoing growth across the region. Equivalent to $35-$50/hour in total compensation (salary + bonus structure) What You'll Be Doing Overseeing and supporting installation teams in the field Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to company standards Maintaining quality control across multiple projects Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and team performance Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency What We're Looking For Experience in concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, or similar field operations Proven ability to manage crews and job sites Strong understanding of production timelines and quality standards Leadership mindset with the ability to hold teams accountable Hands-on, problem-solving approach Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based incentives Clear path into higher-level leadership roles Location Southeast Wisconsin (regional role) This role is ideal for someone who is already operating at a high level and is looking for an opportunity to step into a larger leadership position as the company continues to grow.
