Up to $90,000 +
Exceptional Weekend Premiums Location:

Base Salary:
$70,000
  • 90,000 (Weekend Premium Pay Included) Rotating 12-Hour Shifts with 6-Day Off Block every 3 weeks

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of hourly employees in coating and production operations Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance Monitor quality documentation and coordinate corrective actions with other departments Collaborate with maintenance team for equipment reliability and work order priorities Manage employee attendance, assignments, and cross-training for operational flexibility Utilize ERP systems for reporting, inventory management, and documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety, productivity, and cost-efficiency Collaborate on process upgrades and new product developments
Requirements:
5-10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing Experience in a unionized facility is preferred Organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Stable work history with a commitment to rotating shifts Experience in coating, paper, web handling, or converting is a plus
