Job Description

Operation:
PinSocial is a hybrid golf entertainment facility offering year-round play in 60 luxury golf suites located in Deforest, Wisconsin.
  • Each suite will feature InRange technology- a sophisticated ball tracking gaming system.
  • The golfing range features 10 Smart Target greens that illuminate upon impact with different colored lights.
  • The Smart Targets have distances ranging from 45 to 225 yards. Additional activities offered at PinSocial facilities:
  • 36-hole outdoor putting course
  • 4 lanes of Duckpin-Mini Bowling
  • 2 multi-Sport Simulators All activities of the facility are lit for night play
  • PinSocial offers a full-service restaurant and bar.
  • Our restaurant will offer lunch and dinner
  • Two additional bars around the facility
Event Space Essential Functions:
Operational Leadership
  • Lead and manage all operational aspects of the facility, including driving range, golf simulators, putting greens, dining areas, and customer service.
  • Ensure the facility is maintained at the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Deveop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Assist the General Manager in facilitating facility goals, initiatives, and outreach Manage and initiate partnerships through community outreach, networking,
  • community philanthropy, and corporate relationships
  • Produce monthly reports for status of partnerships through community outreach, networking, community philanthropy, and corporate relationships
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff in various operational roles.
  • Oversee and assist in each department's staff schedules, work assignments, and staffing levels
  • Manage, analyze, and report on each department's hours worked and employee cutting
  • Foster a positive and efficient working environment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Customer Experience
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns, striving to exceed expectations. Collaborate with staff to resolve issues and provide prompt solutions.
  • Consistently and repetitively touch tables in the golfing suites, mini bowling, golf simulators, sports lounge, and restaurant area to ensure and enhance the guests' experience Safety and Compliance
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and guests.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed. Handle emergency situations and take appropriate action as needed.
  • Maintain and train on safety and compliance protocols on an annual basis depending on expiring licenses and testing Inventory and Maintenance
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to meet operational needs and minimize wastage.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary supplies and services. Produce monthly inventory reports of chemicals used in each department
  • Produce monthly inventory report submitted to General Manager for purchasing of beverages
  • Produce month to month comparisons for purchasing levels of chemicals per department and beverages Budget and Cost Control
  • Assist in budget planning and cost control measures.
  • Monitor expenses and look for ways to optimize operational costs.
  • Report on key performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monthly reports of each department's purchasing and spending
  • Monthly reports of each department's needs for future months purchasing Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. Compensation
  • $52,000-$56,000 annual salary (BOE) plus commission if applicable Benefits
