Job Description

What you will do The Director of Operations Program Management leads the planning, development, execution, and end-to-end governance of strategic operational initiatives across the organization. This role ensures cross-functional programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives, scalability, and performance improvements. This role partners directly with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Quality, and HR to execute complex, high-impact product, process, and strategic programs across multiple sites and regions. How you will do it Program Strategy & Governance Define and lead the operations program management framework, including standards, tools, and governance processes Prioritize and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned with business and operational goals Establish program KPIs, milestones, reporting cadence, and executive-level visibility Program Execution Oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional operations programs (i.e., product/process changes, new product introductions, cost reduction initiatives, strategic network moves, and digital transformations) Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined success criteria Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive accountability across stakeholders Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and resource allocations Lead cross-functional program teams, ensuring clear roles, ownership, and communication Influence decision-making at the executive level and escalate critical issues appropriately Operational Excellence Drive standardization of program management processes and best practices across sites Ensure programs deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery Drive scalability and replication of best practices across the network Align process capability and capacity planning with product roadmap Change Management & Communication Lead change management efforts to ensure successful program adoption and sustainment Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders at all levels (plant to executive) Build alignment and engagement across diverse teams and geographies Financial & Performance Management Manage program budgets, capital planning, and financial tracking Track and report on program ROI, cost savings, and operational impact Ensure alignment with overall financial and strategic plans What we look for Required Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or other related field is required. At least 10 years of experience in operations, program management, or manufacturing leadership. At least 5 years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a multi-site environment Ability to travel up to 20% to 40% Preferred MBA preferred.
