Job Description

The Deposit Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the Bank's deposit operations functions through the accurate and timely processing of operational transactions and maintenance activities. This position plays a critical role in supporting electronic banking services, ACH processing, wire transfers, debit card administration, online banking services, statement processing, and various operational support functions. The Deposit Operations Administrator helps ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations and internal policies while providing exceptional support to both internal staff and bank clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment. This role serves as a critical operational support position responsible for maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of the Bank's electronic banking and deposit operations functions. As technology, fraud prevention requirements, and electronic transaction volumes continue to increase, this position provides essential support to ensure operational continuity, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service.
