Temporary Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator Geneva Lakes Vacations - Lake Geneva, WI Geneva Lakes Vacations is seeking a temporary Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator to help support our team during a staffing transition period while we search for a long-term hire. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with hospitality, reservations, hotel front desk, vacation rental, tourism, or customer service experience who enjoys helping people and knows the Lake Geneva area well. This role will primarily focus on: Handling incoming reservation inquiries and sales calls Assisting guests in finding the right vacation rental accommodations Responding to guest questions before and during stays Supporting front desk and reservation operations Coordinating with internal team members to ensure excellent guest experiences The ideal candidate is: Friendly, professional, and highly organized Comfortable speaking with guests over the phone and by email Familiar with the Lake Geneva area, local attractions, and hospitality environment Able to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting Detail-oriented and dependable Available to work some weekends as needed Hospitality or reservations experience is strongly preferred. This is intended to be a temporary position, though there may be potential for longer-term opportunities for the right candidate.
