Licensed Pharmacist Full Job Description Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Monday- Friday with hours beginning between 6:00 am and 9:30 am. Rotating 25% evening coverage of 12:00 pm
- 8:30 pm.

Required Residency training:
PGY2 in pharmacy specialty area of oversight.Preferred Degree:
Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration, Master of Health Care Administration, Master of Business Administration, or other relevant graduate degree. Preferred Work Experience Three years of relevant work experience, or PGY1 plus one year of relevant work experience, or PGY2. Required PGY2 in specialty area of oversight plus at least two years of relevant work experience in an academic medical center. Preferred Licenses and Certifications Licensed as a pharmacist in Wisconsin or eligible (must be licensed by start date). Required Board certified through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in specialty are of oversight and/or certification in pharmacy informatics or applicable Epic® applications required to perform job functions. If not certified upon hire, must be certified by 18 months of start date if applicable certification exists. Preferred Our commitment toSocial Impact and Belonging:
