up to $150k/ Yr (Based on Experience) The Operations Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the company operates efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. This individual will oversee operational processes, manage resources and staff, improve productivity, and help drive strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-oriented, and experienced in the electrical industry, with a strong ability to lead teams and optimize workflows.

Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality performance.

Analyze current processes and implement operational improvements that reduce costs and streamline workflows.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate operational data, and provide reports to leadership.

Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and procurement activities while maintaining budget compliance.

Lead, mentor, and develop employees to foster accountability, teamwork, and high morale.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Collaborate with leadership to support company goals, project timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, leadership, or a related role.

Strong background and hands-on experience in the electrical field is required.

Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of operational processes, budgeting, and safety compliance.
