What You'll Be Doing As the Manager of Door County Kayaking, you'll be at the heart of our operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kayaking tours. Managing and supporting a team of guides to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ensuring all equipment is maintained, safe, and ready for use. Coordinating schedules and logistics to keep tours running smoothly. Upholding safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Assisting with customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in management, outdoor recreation, or a related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. A love for the outdoors and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as this role includes handling equipment.
