Position Overview The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate projects, manage crews and schedules, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and project flow
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and job schedules
• Ensure projects are completed on time
• Communicate with customers throughout projects
• Monitor quality control and job site safety
• Work closely with sales and production teams
• Help improve systems and operational efficiency Qualifications
• Previous management or operations experience preferred
• Experience in construction, roofing, siding, or exteriors is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and communication tools
