OPERATIONSSUPPORT MANAGER
Position Summary:
The Operations Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient daily processing of banking functions. This position plays an important role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and exceptional internal and customer service within the Operations Department.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Process daily operational transactions and reports, assist with wire transfers, ACH processing, debit card services, and account maintenance. Review and balance operational reports for accuracy, maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide support to branch staff and customers regarding operational questions and assist with document retention, records management, and audit requests. Perform additional duties as assigned.
