Mount Hope Campus Full-Time Salaried Position Salary:

Veltex Recovery Group is seeking a motivated, energetic, and growth-minded professional to serve as Director of Operations & Business Development for our women's residential substance use disorder treatment program. This leadership position is responsible for supporting daily operations, admissions and intake coordination, outreach and referral development, census growth initiatives, staff accountability, and overall program success. We are seeking someone who wants to be actively involved in growing a mission-driven organization—not someone looking for a traditional office management position. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen operations, expand referral relationships, improve admissions processes, and help drive sustainable organizational growth. Primary Responsibilities Operations Leadership Assist with oversight of daily residential program operations Support staff supervision, accountability, and performance improvement Ensure operational consistency and adherence to company policies Assist with quality improvement initiatives and program development Support compliance and documentation standards Admissions & Intake Participate in admissions coordination and intake processes Follow up on prospective client inquiries Assist families and referral sources through the admissions process Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth admissions and transitions Outreach & Business Development Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout West Virginia and surrounding states Conduct outreach to healthcare providers, treatment programs, hospitals, courts, and community organizations Participate in networking events, community engagement, and marketing initiatives Assist with census growth and referral development strategies Serve as a positive ambassador for Veltex Recovery Group Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree preferred but not required Degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Organizational Leadership, Public Health, or related field strongly preferred Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Communications, or Marketing degrees will also be considered Experience in healthcare operations, behavioral health, admissions, outreach, business development, case management, or program management preferred Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license required Desired Characteristics We are looking for someone who: Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Enjoys building relationships and networking Is comfortable working in both operational and community-facing roles Understands that leadership occasionally requires flexibility beyond traditional business hours Is passionate about helping women achieve long-term recovery Wants to contribute directly to the growth and success of the organization Employment Requirements Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening Successful completion of West Virginia Cares background investigation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Veltex Recovery Group?
